
When factory reset has been completed, your watch will ask you to select your language. Wait for the watch to restart, then repeat this process 10-12 times.

Press and hold watch button continuously for 10 seconds until a Polar logo is shown. If you don't have computer in use, or the the reset via computer doesn't work out you can also reset your watch from the device itself: Download files contain 32 and 64 bit versions of server and workstation unless otherwise noted. Just remember to use the same Polar account in the setup you've used before resetting. Now you need to set up your watch again, either via mobile or computer.

If restarting your watch didn't help, you can reset the watch back to factory settings. You can also restart your watch by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds. First, tap Restart your watch and then tap to confirm the restart. On your watch, press the button, swipe up until you find Settings, navigate to Settings > General settings > About your watch > Restart your watch.

Restarting the watch will not delete any of the settings or your personal data from the watch. If you experience problems with your watch, you can try restarting it.
